Frisco tops Missions again

IMG_0032Joe Jackson lined a two-out walk-off single in the bottom of the ninth inning to lead Frisco to a 4-3 come-from-behind win over San Antonio Tuesday night.

The RoughRiders erased a 3-1 deficit with two runs in the sixth, before pushing across the winning run against reliever Eric Yardley.

The Missions overcame a 1-0 deficit by tying the score in the fifth, Jose Rondon singled and Rocky Gale walked before Nelson Ward hit a sacrifice fly.

San Antonio pushed ahead with two runs in the next inning on Mike Olt’s run-scoring double and Taylor Lindsey’s sacrifice fly before Frisco staged its rally.
