Communications Arts High School Student Selected to Attend Science and Technology Program

Austin Turner


Austin Turner, a sophomore at Communications Arts High School, has been nominated and accepted into the first annual Congress of Future Science and Technology Leaders in Boston, MA on June 28-30, 2015. The Congress is an honors-only program for high school students who are passionate about science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM).

Turner will represent Texas based on his outstanding academic achievement and leadership qualities. He will join other top students from across the country to hear Nobel Laureates and National Medal of Science Winners talk about leading scientific research; be given advice from deans of the world’s top tech universities; be inspired by fellow teen science prodigies; and learn about cutting-edge advances and the future of science and technology.
